I have a decade-long history with LIFE IN VACUUM, so when they lost their long-time bassist and were forced to search/recruit new ones I was worried about the future of the band. Enter Alexander Clark, longtime hardcore/punk kid who even played bass for Dilly Dally on tour for over a year, who was head-hunted by none other than Ross of LIV. Around that time Alex also started LOOSE TEETH, a maniacal, techy, brooding, heavy hardcore/metal band, vastly different from the groovy, melodically-oriented LIV. After having great meets at Zegema Beach Records Fest 2022 and releasing all of the recent LOOSE TEETH material, it was definitely time to sit down with him and have a chat about many-a-thing including: Blood Brothers and tangent city aka what is the best album?, liking a band so much that you vomit, touring with Dilly Dally, being head-hunted by Life In Vacuum, grueling tour schedules, the difficulties of being an artist, support vs. beer, why Loose Teeth is dialed back on the new split, 2008 Warped Tour vocals, Frat Party Blood Brothers, Constrain lovin', etc. Bands played in this podcast: Bambara, Dananananakroyd, Kowloon Walled City, Panthers, Porcelain, and Since By Man.
