I have been clinging to two DESPERADO songs that I downloaded off of the internet over a decade ago. A few nights back I started this review and came to the quick realization that this band released a plethora of stuff after the sought after EP from 2003 that I was aware of. Between 2003 and 2007 the Norwegian heavyweights released two EPs and three LPs all of which bear strong resemblances to fellow countrymen JR Ewing as well as Trapdoor Fucking Exit, The Blood BrothersThe Jonbenét and Refused. The sassy, screamy and driving hardcore really doesn't need all that much explanation because those band references are fucking spot on. I've been unable to acquire any of the digital files save "The City Eats Me Alive" and Creature of Destructiveness", so if anyone wants to upload them here or send them to me we'll get them out to the masses. I did find some music videos, including one from each record that I don't have songs from so we can get a very narrow indication of what the band's progression sounds like. Hm, I guess that's it. Enjoy!
